A County Deal For Norfolk

The consultation proposing ‘A county deal for Norfolk’ is now live and we would appreciate your feedback.

We are encouraging as much feedback as possible and would welcome your feedback on plans to transfer funding and powers from Government to Norfolk County Council.

It is imperative we receive feedback from communities across Norfolk, so we have designed an extensive campaign to promote the consultation to ensure everyone has a voice and opportunity to shape the future of Norfolk.

This includes drop-in community events, writing to stakeholders, meeting with local businesses, offering online and print versions of the consultation, posting information on our website and social media channels, running adverts and sharing information with the press.

We would also appreciate if you could share the details with your constituents.

You have until 20 March to respond to the consultation.

You can do this online at A County Deal for Norfolk here.

Or, by emailing haveyoursay@norfolk.gov.uk

In addition to the above, if any Parish Council, Member, or resident wishes to make representations directly to me, then I would be most happy to add these to the mix, where appropriate.

Councillor Chris Dawson

Division: Marshland South
